Starbucks Coffee Company in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space where every guest leaves with a smile. You will guide baristas and food prep, maintain quality beverages and foods, manage cash handling, safety, and security, and uphold store standards across all shifts.

You will coach and delegate tasks to a two-person or larger team, schedule to cover flexible hours, and model punctuality while supporting growth

Qualifications

• Attend regularly and punctually, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months in a role with customer interaction.
• Six months of delegating tasks to two or more employees.
