Job summary

You will recruit and train team members, monitor sales, control costs, oversee opening/closing procedures, and uphold health and safety requirements. The role requires strong leadership and a passion for delivering a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in retail or food & beverage management.
• Proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software.
• Strong budgeting, sales tracking, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and maintain a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor coffee shop staff to uphold company standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching, conduct performance reviews, and address improvement areas.
