Job summary

Coach is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our New Jersey store. You will greet guests, share knowledge of our beverages and merchandise, and help drive sales with professional, friendly service.

You will maintain cleanliness, operate espresso equipment, support visual standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet goals while adhering to food safety and cash handling policies. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; prior cafe experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with food & beverage operating systems.
• Ability to meet store policies, including food safety and cash handling.
• Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, creating memorable experiences.
• Maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and Coach heritage.
• Promote beverages, food, and merchandise to hit sales goals.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety; operate espresso machines and ovens.
• Collaborate with team to share selling strategies.
