Stoked Coffee is looking for a motivated, dependable, and people-focused Store Manager to lead our Marietta location.

We're looking for more than someone who can manage daily operations. We want a leader who enjoys developing people, building a positive team culture, and creating an exceptional experience for every customer.

This is a hands‑on leadership position. Our managers lead from the front, working alongside our baristas, supporting the team during busy periods, and setting the example for outstanding service.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees to perform at their best.
• Lead by Example: Work alongside baristas in daily operations, providing hands‑on support and maintaining high standards.
• Build a Positive Culture: Create an environment where employees feel valued, supported, empowered, and accountable.
• Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth, efficient operations while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service.
• Manage Business Performance: Monitor labor costs, inventory, scheduling, and other key performance indicators to help drive profitability.
• Deliver Great Customer Experiences: Build customer relationships and ensure every guest receives friendly, consistent service.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to strengthen the team, improve operations, and grow the business.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in food service, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for developing others.
