Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

We’re seeking an experienced and service-driven Coffee Shop Manager who knows their way around espresso machines, milk steamers, and everything in between. From crafting the perfect cappuccino to maintaining a spotless and inviting shop, this role is all about leading by example. As a hands-on leader, you’ll supervise and support a dynamic team of baristas, oversee daily operations, and ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service from the first greeting to the final sip.

Key Responsibilities
