• Create an inviting environment by answering questions about products and store services.
• Maintain knowledge of products and provide recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to meet store goals and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare beverages per recipes and standards and process transactions professionally.
• Offer samples and inform customers about coffee shop specials.
• Ensure freshly prepared orders meet requested sizes and prevent shrinkage.
• Promote coffee shop items to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Use all coffee shop equipment safely and follow company guidelines for storage and inventory.
• Check product quality and shelf life to ensure freshness.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise as needed.
• Communicate inventory or shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Stay updated with current and upcoming store ads and promotions.
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents to management.
• Maintain equipment and report needed repairs timely.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Assist customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
