Beans & Brews Coffee House is seeking career-minded individuals to join the management team as General Manager. This full-time position requires a 40–45 hour work week and a strong emphasis on leadership and customer experience.

The General Manager will lead staff, train and coach team members, and ensure operations align with Beans & Brews policies. The role includes performing duties of Barista, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager as needed to support the operation.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a Beans & Brews operation and train staff.
• Must be able to perform duties of Barista, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager.
