Responsibilities

• Offer product samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials.
• Ensure fresh products are prepared and portions are correct to prevent shrink.
• Recommend coffee shop items to meet customer needs.
• Operate coffee shop equipment per guidelines and label/inventory ingredients.
• Check product quality and review sell-by dates; take action when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or thefts promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
