Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Smile Dealer to join our team! As a Smile Dealer, you will greet customers, take orders and payments, and deliver excellent customer service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting customers to create a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Informing customers about specials or new items, answering questions, and processing orders and payments.
• Maintaining professionalism and high standards of customer service in all interactions.
• Ensuring customers receive the best experience, checking in on them, confirming orders, and handling complaints or requests.
• Assisting with food prep, pouring coffee drinks, and serving items.
• Selling coffee and tea blends, highlighting differences, and educating customers about brewing methods.
• Performing side work such as pre-bussing, stickering cups, refilling stations, etc.
• Being a responsible, proactive team player.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Retail or customer service experience.
• Genuine interest and passion for coffee and tea.

Pay

$16.00/hour plus tips, averaging $4-6/hour
