Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service.
• Take orders at the counter and over the phone; assist with product queries.
• Prepare and replenish coffee shop products; maintain freshness and appearance.
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and up to standard; follow safety procedures.
• Operate the department register and process payments where applicable.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code, hygiene standards, and policies.
