The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Oxnard, CA to lead store operations, coach the team, and deliver guest-focused service. This role drives sales, maintains quality standards, and engages with the community to build a loyal CBTL audience.

You will mentor baristas and shift leaders, ensuring exceptional coffee and tea experiences while contributing to store profitability and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by coaching and training the team to boost sales and service performance.
• Be a coffee and tea expert; share passion and knowledge with team and guests.
• Generate new guests by connecting in-store with the local community and online engagement.
• Maintain a safe store environment for employees and guests as a top priority.
• Assist the General Manager to manage a profitable store through daily operations and store growth.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product placement to create memorable guest experiences.
• Represent CBTL in the local community to attract and retain talent.
