Job summary

City Brew Coffee is looking for a hands-on production associate to support manufacturing, packaging and delivery of our coffee products. This role requires strong mechanical skills and the ability to follow food safety regulations.

You will operate and maintain roasting and packaging machinery, handle forklift tasks, load/unload pallets, keep logs, and assist in safety and training. The job involves standing on the production floor and delivering orders as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing required.
• Forklift operation certification or ability to certify.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to meet quality and sanitation standards.
• Operate coffee packaging and roasting machinery.
• Move and stock products on pallets and shelves.
• Deliver orders using company vehicle.
• Maintain logs and reports and complete forms.
• Assist in training new employees.
