Qualifications

• Prior experience in production, warehousing, or fulfillment is a plus (not required).
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Support daily roasting and packaging operations to meet fulfillment deadlines.
• Package, label, date-stamp, and seal coffee bags to order using packaging equipment.
• Manage inventory and assist with receiving shipments; prepare and ship orders.
