Job summary

Aerotek is hiring General Laborers for a permanent, on-site role in Captain Cook, HI. You will support coffee production, packaging, and facility operations, with training provided and opportunities to advance. The position offers paid training and forklift-certification opportunities, in a stable team environment.

Earn $20.00 per hour with a potential attendance bonus and growth within the company. This is fully onsite and requires reliable attendance and flexibility to work varying shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with coffee production and processing operations
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided)
• Package, palletize, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Support various production tasks as needed
