Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, experience operating manufacturing equipment, and good communication and math skills. This position involves physical tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs. and may require overtime and weekend work.

Responsabilidades

• Convert roasted coffee into finished, packaged products.
• Identify production priority and needs based upon the Daily Production Schedule.
• Ensure coffee has had adequate time to gas-off.
