We are currently hiring for our grand opening team who will help us open our doors to Morristown. Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our Grand Opening team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to staff training and development. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Roast to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the coffee shop's offerings.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus or special promotions.
• Utilize Toast POS system for efficient order processing and sales tracking.

Experience

• Previous managerial experience in the food industry is preferred, including quick service or fine dining.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on training, development, and team motivation.
• Experience with coffee shops is a plus.
• Culinary background or knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is desirable.
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems is advantageous.
