Beans & Brews Coffee House is seeking career minded individuals with a strong desire to become part of the Beans & Brews Management Team. The General Manager position is a full time role with a minimum average of 40–45 hours per week, intended for long-term growth within the company.

The General Manager will lead leadership, training and communication efforts, perform duties of Barista, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager, and model Beans & Brews Policies and professional conduct for the crew.

Qualifications

• Desire to develop strong leadership, training and communication skills.
• Willingness to perform duties of Barista, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager.
• Enforce Operations and Policies as outlined by Beans & Brews Mission and Management Team Objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a single Beans & Brews operation and manage daily activities.
• Train, coach and supervise staff to uphold service standards.
• Uphold Beans & Brews Operations and Policies and serve as a professional representative.
