Job summary

Beans & Brews Coffee House is seeking career minded individuals with a strong desire to become part of the Beans & Brews Management Team. The General Manager position is a full time role with a minimum average of 40–45 hours per week, intended for long-term growth within the company.

The General Manager will lead leadership, training and communication efforts, perform duties of Barista, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager, and model Beans & Brews Policies and professional conduct for the crew.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform duties of Barista, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

The General Manager position requires a positive, friendly and confident personality with the desire to develop strong leadership, training and communication skills.The General Manager is expected to apply their leadership, training and communication skills in order to successfully manage a single Beans & Brews Operation. The General Manager must be able to perform all duties required of a Beans & Brews Barista, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager.

Beans & Brews General Managers must know, understand and enforce all Beans & Brews Operations and Policies. This includes training, implementing and assessing Operations and Policies as outlined in the Beans & Brews Mission and Management Team Objectives. The General Manager must be an example to their crew, and a professional representation of Beans & Brews Coffee House.
