Job summary

Beans & Brews Coffee House is seeking career-minded individuals for the General Manager track. This full-time role requires 40–45 hours per week and a clear path to join the Beans & Brews Management Team.

The General Manager will develop leadership, training and communication skills, supervise all店 operations, and uphold company policies across the cafe. A strong professional presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Must display a positive, friendly and confident personality with leadership, training and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a Beans & Brews operation and oversee Barista, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager duties.
• Enforce Beans & Brews Operations and Policies as outlined by the Mission and Management Team Objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a single Beans & Brews operation, acting as a professional representative of the brand.
• Train and communicate effectively with team members to maintain high standards.
• Perform duties of Barista, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager as needed.
