Job summary

Stew Leonard's is seeking a Coffee Host to interact with customers at the service bar, assist with product questions, and weigh and price items. This part‑time hourly role offers opportunities to provide warm, attentive service in a fast‑paced environment in Paramus, NJ.

You will greet customers, help with selections, price items, and ensure a clean, safe workspace while following health regulations. Prior experience isn’t required, but great attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Entry‑level position; no prior experience required.
• Ability to safely use tools and equipment used in the daily operation of the department.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong oral communication.

Part‑Time Hourly – $17.00-$17.50 depending on qualifications and experience

Must be at least 18 years and older

Position Description

Hosts/Hostesses interact directly with customers at the service bars and provide assistance by answering product questions, offering recommendations, and weighing and pricing products ordered by customers at the service bar.

Your day-to-day

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering questions
