The role requires hands-on skills with multimeters and basic tools, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75 lbs. You’ll start with training and a company vehicle after completion, with a clear path in a growing trade.

Qualifications

• Experience with home electrical work, plumbing repairs, or hands-on projects.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform field work.
• Smartphone required for required apps and communications.
• Secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx/UPS.

Responsibilities

• Measuring voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity with a multimeter.
• Tracing faults through electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Identifying thread types and fabricating adapters as needed.
• Taking apart and reassembling equipment carefully.
• Looking up part numbers in diagrams and machine documentation.
• Writing service notes accurately and professionally.
• Keeping time and tickets organized in ServiceTitan.
• Communicating repair findings to customers clearly.
• Tasting coffee after each repair to verify calibration.
