Job summary

Smart Care is looking to hire Turbo Technicians, LLC., a Smart Care company, for Boston-area field service of commercial restaurant equipment including TurboChef ovens. This nationwide team features a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid training, and a company vehicle to support everyday service.

As a technician you will troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain equipment, coordinate parts orders, and document work orders while delivering top-notch customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair technical equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Read electrical schematics and safely use a multimeter.
• Proficient in MS Office and keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Reactive 24-hour service including troubleshooting, repair, and resolution.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial restaurant equipment and scheduling PM.
• Order parts and maintain inventory; complete work orders with documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch, management, and service teams.
• Maintain professional appearance and clean service vehicle.
