Cascade Coffee LLC in Everett, WA is seeking a Bin Wrangler to ensure smooth daily production. You will manage the flow of roasted coffee, keep bins organized and stocked, and support all Single-Serve lines with precise inventory control.

The role requires forklift certification, strong organizational skills, and good communication to coordinate with Coffee Ops, Flavorist, and Line Supervisors. Multiple shifts available; on-site position.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Clear communication and teamwork are important.
• Ability to read and follow production schedules and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Support Single-Serve production lines by managing flow of roasted coffee.
• Keep coffee organized, staged, and supplied to each line (FIFO/FEFO).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and documentation.
• Communicate with Coffee Ops, Flavorist, and Supervisors daily.
• Operate forklifts to move and stage coffee bins and supersacks.
