Da Vien Coffee in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, drive sales, and develop the team. You will partner with the Store/Area Manager to ensure excellent service, product quality, and efficient daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal skills, scheduling flexibility, and the ability to handle a high‑pressure environment while keeping health and safety guidelines. Prior retail or cafe supervisory experience is preferred.

• Maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Oversee on‑the‑floor management and admin duties.
