Job summary

Da Vien Coffee is seeking a passionate Barista to craft high-quality beverages and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment. You will work across stations, handle orders, and upsell while maintaining cleanliness and health/safety standards.

Applicants should have a strong background in food service and retail, with excellent time management and a positive, energetic attitude to support busy hours and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Prior experience as a Barista/Server preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain a welcoming environment for in-house team.
• Consistently provide quality beverages and food.
• Accurately and courteously take guest orders, make recommendations and upsell.
• Know inventory items and communicate product information to customers.
• Work at different stations in the café as needed and assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cafe and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Follow cash handling, card processing, safety and security procedures.

Education

High school or equivalent
