• Reset products and maintain shelf conditions with accurate shelf tags and signage
• Check shipments for out-of-date and damaged products to ensure freshness and quality
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations for freshness, safety, refrigeration, and sanitation
• Maintain standards in shrink, safety, and inventory control
• Assist in merchandising the department to maximize sales
• Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales
