The role balances event duties, donor communications, and data-driven stewardship efforts, reporting to the Associate Directors of Events and Donor Engagement.

This recruitment will be used to fill two part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) CoE Student Engagement Coordinator for the College of Engineering at Oregon State University (OSU). The College of Engineering (CoE) External Relations team is seeking an organized, detail-oriented student to join our team part-time (an average of 6-9 hours per week). This position supports both the College of Engineering Events and Donor Engagement programs, contributing to meaningful experiences for alumni, donors, students, faculty, and friends of the college. The Engagement Team Student Assistant will divide their time between event support and donor engagement activities. The position reports directly to the Associate Director of Events, who serves as the supervisor of record, while also providing regular support to the Associate Director of Donor Engagement. The student will work closely with both team members and will receive assignments and project direction based on operational needs. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
