COE Professional Education Services Student Worker - Work Study

Position Title: COE Professional Education Services Student Worker - Work Study

Student Status: Work Study (must be a Federal Work Study Recipient).

Work Location: Springfield Campus

Department: COE Professional Education Advisement

Hiring Range: $15.00 per hour

Work Hours: 6-10 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities: The duties involve keeping student information confidential, answering phone, filing, photocopying, making appointments for advisors, asking appropriate questions when making appointments, referring other students to appropriate departments, learning the basics of our programs, etc.

Qualifications: The chosen candidate must be polite, courteous, dependable, reliable and responsible. The student should be able to multi-task when call volume is high and keep student information confidential.
