Compensation : Based on experience- $38+ / hour- based on experience
Hours : Monday- Friday- standard business hours
Location : Fully remote / WFH- candidates can live anywhere in continental US outside of California and Colorado
Requirements :
RHIA, RHIT and / or CCS mandatory
Coding assessment will be required
Minimum 3 years acute care inpatient coding experience
Minimum of 3 years' coding auditing / monitoring experience strongly preferred

Day to Day :
Demonstrate and apply expert level knowledge of medical coding practices and concepts
Maintain or exceed 95% productivity standards and accuracy
Assist in ensuring HSC coding staff adherence with coding guidelines and policy
Lead, coordinate and perform all functions of quality reviews (routine, pre-bill, policy driven and incentive plan driven)for inpatient and outpatient coding across multiple HSCs
