Job summary

TidalHealth is seeking a Coding Auditor to join our network in the Delaware/Maryland region. You will audit inpatient and outpatient coding, ensuring accuracy and compliance across EPIC EHR workflows and 3M CAC systems.

Ideal candidates have CCS certification, a health information management degree, and 5+ years of inpatient/outpatient coding experience. Shift coverage includes day, evening, and emergency responses as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management preferred.
• CCS Certification required.
• Five years inpatient coding and/or inpatient auditing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Audit inpatient and outpatient coding for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and coding in EPIC EHR.
• Assist in audits and educational activities for staff.
