Job summary

Code Ninjas is seeking a Fun Educator - Sensei to lead engaging, hands-on coding activities for kids aged 7–14. You will mentor students, deliver the curriculum, and help them gain confidence in problem-solving and tech skills in a fast-paced center environment.

You will create a safe, fun learning space, assess each child's needs, and provide feedback to parents. Training and development opportunities are offered to grow with the role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and youth mentoring or tutoring.
• Ability to create a positive, safe learning environment.
• Ability to assess and adapt to individual student skill levels.
• Provide constructive feedback to parents after sessions.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain classroom routines.
• Keep the learning space clean and organized per standards.
• Communicate progress to Center leadership.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced setting.
