Qualifications

• Experience building software quality infrastructure, test automation, or developer productivity tooling.
• Strong debugging track record with measurable workflow improvements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools in the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain quality tooling (static analysis, quality gates, coverage reporting, test frameworks, regression infrastructure).
• Define and derive quality signals (flakiness, pass rate, coverage, performance).
• Integrate tooling into local development, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver tooling improvements.
