American Century Investments seeks a Compliance Consultant to join our in-house Compliance team in Kansas City, MO. The role co-leads the firm's Code of Ethics program and supports a variety of corporate compliance initiatives.

You will collaborate with business partners and senior leaders to monitor risks, enhance controls, and drive process improvements in a regulated environment. This hybrid role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with ability to apply complex regulations.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the Code of Ethics program and monitor employee personal trading activity.
• Prepare reporting and communications for ethics committees, fund boards, and due diligence requests.
• Develop and deliver training programs on compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify regulatory changes and strengthen controls to support obligations.
• Leverage technology to improve compliance processes and efficiency.
