TDLR Code Enforcement Officer II licensure is required.
ICC IPMC Certification is a plus.
1+ years of experience in security, enforcement, or compliance work.
Experience in building, construction, or trades is highly desired.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Perform field inspections for rental housing program.
Read and examine plans and specifications when required.
Report violations and maintain files/records.
Perform other related duties as required.
