Qualifications

• TDLR Code Enforcement Officer II licensure required.
• ICC IPMC Certification a plus.
• 1+ years in security, enforcement, or compliance work.
• Experience in building, construction, or trades desired.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections for rental housing program.
• Read and examine plans and specifications when required.
• Report violations and maintain files/records.
• Perform other related duties as required.
