Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years college or 2 years code enforcement experience.
• Knowledge of laws and ordinances pertaining to land use and zoning.
• Proficient in MS Office, departmental software, and Internet use.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process complaints and gather evidence for compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling of weed/junk abatements.
• Answer public inquiries on zoning regulations.
• Investigate violations and determine compliance actions.
