Job summary

You will work with residents and businesses, respond to inquiries, and contribute to public education initiatives while coordinating with the Neighborhood Services Department.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience involving customer service, conflict resolution, or related interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections, identify and document violations, issue notices and citations.
• Respond to public inquiries and maintain accurate case records.
• Support neighborhood services through interdepartmental collaboration and public education regarding city codes.
