Qualifications

• Have or be able to obtain the Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector certification within one year from hire or promotion.
• Preference given for Residential Inspector certification.
• Must have skill in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to effectively deal with irate citizens.
