Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years in code enforcement, building construction, or plan review.
• Proficiency with word processing and data entry on a computer.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• ICC certification required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to citizen complaints and enforce applicable codes.
• Investigate violations and document findings.
• Take corrective action under the direction of the Building & Planning Director.
