As a host, you are the first smiling face our guests see and the last as they leave. You set a welcoming tone, greet guests warmly, assist with seating, manage the flow of guests, and handle inquiries with hospitality. We seek friendly, hospitable individuals to join our team.

• Maintain a cheerful, courteous demeanor and a neat appearance
• Greet guests with Flanigan’s "Smile Talk"
• Escort guests to tables promptly, engaging with them positively
• Manage the Wait List efficiently
• Relay guest questions or concerns to the Manager on duty
• Keep the foyer, host station, and wait area clean and organized; restock menus
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies
• Answer phones within 4 rings and direct guests appropriately
• Conclude guests’ visits with a friendly "Smile Talk"
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and sidework
• Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Speak, read, and write English fluently
• Complete Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certification
• Work a five-day week
