We are seeking friendly and hospitable individuals to be the first smiling face guests see when entering Flanigan’s. As a host, you will greet guests warmly, manage seating flow, assist with inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting guests with a cheerful demeanor and maintaining a professional appearance
2. Engaging guests with Flanigan’s "Smile Talk" and escorting them to their tables
3. Managing the Wait List efficiently
4. Communicating guest questions or concerns to management
5. Keeping the foyer, host station, and wait area clean and organized
6. Restocking and maintaining restroom cleanliness
7. Answering phones promptly and directing inquiries appropriately
8. Performing shift changes, opening/closing duties, and sidework
9. Reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
10. Speaking, reading, and writing English fluently
11. Completing required Florida responsible vendor and food safety certifications
