Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, a part of Autograph Collection, in Miami Beach, seeks a Food Runner to join its vibrant culinary team. You will assist with timely delivery of food, collaborate with kitchen and service staff, and deliver outstanding guest service in a luxury oceanfront setting.

This role supports the restaurant operations in a fast-paced resort environment, offering opportunities to learn and advance within a renowned hospitality group.

Formación

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to guests' tables
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless food service
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areas
• Help with food preparation and plating when necessary
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
• Embrace opportunities to learn and grow within the culinary field

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
