The ideal candidate has hospitality experience and excellent communication, with flexibility to work weekends/holidays. This role is based on-site near the beach, offering a vibrant, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize guest requests.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Overview

Come join our team as a Concierge and provide exceptional guest service in our luxurious hotel! We are seeking an outgoing and friendly candidate who is passionate about hospitality and has excellent communication skills. As a Concierge, you will assist guests with various requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and recommendations for local attractions. You will also serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests to enhance their overall experience.
