River City Casino & Hotel in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Cocktail Server to deliver prompt, friendly beverage service in a fast-paced casino environment. You will engage guests, promote specials, and help ensure a memorable experience across shifts.

This role offers hourly pay with tips, weekend schedule, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic entertainment company. Previous hospitality experience is valued, and you must be at least 21 years old to join our team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous beverage service to guests.
• Develop positive guest relationships through professional interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings, promotions, and events.
• Enter orders accurately and process payments; follow cash-handling procedures.
• Promote events and specialty beverages through suggestive selling.
• Participate in approved promotional and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as required.
• Support casino events and programs as needed.
• Perform general duties including fruit prep and equipment upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned.

As an Cocktail Server, you will:

Pay: $12 per hour plus tips | Shift: Thursday - Saturday, 6PM - 2AM

• Provide prompt, courteous, and attentive beverage service to guests.
• Develop positive guest relationships through engaging professional interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings, promotions, and events.
• Accurately enter orders, process payments, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Promote venue events and specialty beverages through suggestive selling.
• Participate in approved promotional and marketing initiatives.
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
• Promotes casino events and programs
• Resolves service problems according to guidelines
• Slices and pits fruit as required
• Operates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned
