• Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures, and standards.
• Responsible for knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.
• Responsible for knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends.
• Monitors guests' needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled.
• Responsible for accurate and efficient use of POS system.
• Monitors guests' alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training.
• Assists other beverage personnel with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties.
• Participates as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors, and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must have prior experience in bartending/cocktail serving.
• Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules.
• Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from guests.
• Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
• Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
• Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).
• Ability to operate POS Systems.
• Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
• Must be able to obtain proper food handler certification and RAMP certification.

STARTING SALARY

$4.56 per hour, plus tips.
