• Adheres to all departmental and property policies regarding guest service standards.
• Provides prompt, courteous beverage service to casino guests.
• Maintains accountability for cash receipts, charges, tokens, and issue banks.
• Keeps informed of promotional beverages, events, and services.
• Maintains financial controls and responsibilities.
• Interacts positively, professionally, and friendly with guests and coworkers.
• Resolves service issues per guidelines.
• Serves tables in order of arrival, with exceptions as needed.
• Takes orders and serves drinks, ensuring proper temperature for hot and frozen beverages.
• Cleans and maintains station, including trash removal, wiping tables, and pre-bussing.
• Assists bartenders when needed. Knows all drink prices.
• Completes end-of-shift checkout and paperwork.
• Verifies guest age for legal drinking.
• Uses positive communication and Red Carpet Training skills with patrons and coworkers.
• Performs duties safely, reporting hazards.
• Maintains confidentiality in all company matters.

• Must be 21 years old; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous beverage experience required; 1-year cocktail serving experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English.
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
• Mobility to carry and serve a tray weighing 15 pounds.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Tolerance for second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, crowded environment.
• Meets professional appearance standards.
• Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
