Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Seats guests and takes accurate food orders
2. Monitors food distribution, ensuring proper delivery, presentation, and appealing buffet displays
3. Checks station for proper set-up and cleanliness before, during, and after shifts
4. Adheres to all liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
5. Familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures
6. Totals checks, presents to guests, and processes payments
7. Assists with bussing tables
8. Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent; post-high school education preferred
• At least one (1) year of experience in a hotel/restaurant serving role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to exceed guest and team member expectations
• Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers and calculators
• Basic math skills for making change and refunds
