Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA is seeking a full-time bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will stock, mix, and serve drinks, maintain a clean bar, and ensure top-tier guest service in a fast-paced casino setting.

Must be 21+, have a WA Health Card/Food Handlers Permit, and be able to obtain a Class III B gaming license. Bar knowledge and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• WA Health Card / Food Handlers Permit required.
• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
• Bartending school or relevant job experience preferred.
• Must be able to maintain professional conduct and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies MCR’s values and guest service; set a positive example.
• Support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
• Stock beer, wine, liquor, ice, mixers, and dry goods; give breaks to bartenders/server staff.
• Wash and stock glassware and utensils.
• Clean bar area in a safe and sanitary manner.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit.

HOW YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL

• Knowledge and skill using Point of Sales System.
• Knowledge of BERG liquor dispensing system.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.
• Skilled in effectively communicating and demonstrating ability to work well with guests and co-workers. Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to exhibit good character, self- motivated and hard working.
• Ability to maintain neat, clean, and healthy work habits.
• Ability to demonstrate quick and efficient processes.
• Ability to identify and handle intoxicated guests in accordance with established policy and procedure.
• Must be 21 years or older.
