About the Role

WynnBET is hiring a Coffee Bar Associate. This role will provide internal guest service to the employees of WynnBET including handling and creating beverage orders. The ideal candidate is upbeat, positive, and friendly while handling multiple tasks in a high‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a friendly smile and provide quick, friendly, and personalized service.
• Take orders and make quality beverage items based on orders.
• Complete necessary side work including maintaining cleanliness of the space and supplies inventory.
• Unload and maintain backstock of supplies and communicate inventory and ordering needs to manager.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience in food, restaurant, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience in guest service.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required at present or in the future for this position at all times.
