Qualifications

• Welcoming guests to the lounge and outdoor patio, taking orders, and making drink and food recommendations
• Serving food and beverages, preparing accurate checks, and processing payments
• Keeping several tables happy at once in a fast-paced setting
• Checking IDs to ensure guests are of legal drinking age
• Building knowledge of wines, beers, and cocktails

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the lounge, and keeping tables and the patio clean and inviting
• Pitching in wherever needed, such as seating guests and answering phones
